All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Handmade and made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic: 3–7 business days after shipping
  International: 7–21 business days after shipping
  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
